I went up the organizational ladder.
I held Senior positions in global enterprises and consulting firms, working with multiple organizations, representing diverse sectors.
I am a relationship builder: 25+ years engaging stakeholders and management teams, bridging opposing interests, and achieving board agreements. I build and enable trust, lead candid conversations, and establish strong personal connections. I create a personal and safe place to explore, examine, and voice out without judgment.
I am a mother and wife who has lived in six different countries, and I have had to adjust, accommodate, compromise, reinvent myself, and redefine what matters to me. Having done that, I learned how to always stay open, embrace different perspectives, stay curious and approachable, and use an agile mindset. Life is rich, complex, and surprising, and our approach to things affects our end experience.
I am an ICF PCC certified coach, who feels joy as I support others in peeling off the layers that block them and see how anxiety, bafflement and fixated beliefs shift.
I appreciate creativity and fresh thinking, adventure, and change. I run or swim almost daily and welcome honest dialogues with all people.
