I have never believed there's one way to lead.

I help experienced leaders ready to stop second-guessing how they should show up and develop a leadership voice, presence, and way of communicating that is distinctly their own.

I've spent more than 25 years working across organizations, cultures, and countries, moving from manager to executive, sitting at the VP's table, consulting with senior leaders and executives, and building teams and relationships along the way.

I've assumed multiple roles, and each move taught me something about adapting to a new environment without losing what is distinctly mine.

All these experiences shaped how I work with leaders today.
I don't believe you need to become someone else to move forward. I believe you need to get very clear about what you bring, how you want to lead, and how you want others to experience you.

I'm also a wife, a mother, and someone who has made a home in six different countries. Moving that many times has taught me to adapt, stay curious, listen before assuming, attune to my own needs and aspirations, and be open to perspectives very different from my own. I value honest conversations, fresh thinking, creativity, and people who are willing to challenge the obvious answer. And for years, I've trained five times a week, running or swimming. It's more than exercise for me; it's my physical and mental space to think, reset, and stay grounded.

I'm an ICF PCC-certified coach, but what matters most to me is the human part of this work: creating the kind of conversation where people can think out loud, question what they've assumed to be true, and see something they couldn't see before.
